Refund policy
We hope you love your más. products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, the size is not perfect, or you change your mind, you can return your ordered items for a refund up to 30 days from the invoice date, provided they are in a saleable condition.
Return
Please return your item in the original packaging if possible. Goods to be returned must be unused – except for the purpose of trying on the product. They must be in a saleable condition and unwashed. If you return a washed product, we must send it back to you and cannot refund the amount.
If there is evidence that the goods have been used to an extent that diminishes the value of the goods, the customer loses their right to return. If it is damaged, the product can no longer be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the items are deemed damaged or already worn. All additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We are entitled to retain worn or damaged goods and their value.

Please note that refunds can only be credited via the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card before any remaining balance is paid out.
The refund process can take up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us a few more days to check and credit it.
