Pre-Race shower with Frederik Ruppert (E15)
On the morning of Track Night Vienna, Björn and Sven meet 3,000m obstacle runner Frederik Ruppert in the athletes' hotel. Was active in football for a long time before trying out middle distance and obstacles. In 2019 he became U23 European champion over 3,000 mH. But the title never meant much to him. Only with 8:15.58 in his flagship discipline last year in Finland did he prove it to himself and all the critics. A time that not only changed a lot in his way of thinking, but also in his life in general.
